I recently stayed at a hotel in Civitanova Marche for a couple of days. The Palace Hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the train station, which was perfect for me as I arrived by train. The hotel is right in the center of town, making it really easy to explore and get around. They also offer secure parking, which was a great bonus considering how busy the main street is. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the provided breakfast was nice.

They were always available to assist us, whether it was arranging transportation or providing recommendations for local attractions. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the terrace, where we could relax and take in the stunning views. The hotel also offered various leisure facilities, including a jacuzzi and a sun terrace, which added to our overall enjoyment.

I recently stayed at Palace in Civitanova and had the worst experience ever. After a long 6-hour journey, I arrived at the hotel to find that the internet in my room was not working. Despite my complaints, the receptionist insisted that it was the same WiFi used by all guests and that no one else had complained. , the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly and despite the receptionist's attempts to fix it, I ended up sweating through the night. To top it off, when I mentioned my issues at check-out, the staff acted as if nothing had happened and didn't even apologize for my experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
